In Robes Of Sorrow

So..I'm full of excitement this morning because today I'm singing with "In Robes Of Sorrow" at the show today at the Firehouse. It's the first show since we completed the CD, so I'm looking forward to see how this turns out...hopefully my voice won't give. :-) I think It'll surprise people to see me singing with them..considering how "hardcore" they are, especially in comparison to my other bands like Rendred Delusional and Angel Venom. Yay. :-) I cannot wait.
   So yesterday for my Birthday, all my friends pretty much stood  me up during the day :-(. So I went to Saratoga with my father,so that was all good. I just wanted to get down there to check out Last Vestige..(even though I as there the day before)..and I came out of the arrangement with three new records (Mike and the mechanics,  Lou Reed, Chuck Berry) and a lovely new skirt. It looks a little like watercolor and a little like an oil spill. I love it. :-) Later that day I went back to Mike's house during the power outage. In true dork fashion, we sat around untill Drake and Dan returned home trying to figure out what to do without internet and music devices. We resorted to analyzing childrens rhymes.  Luckily, shortly after we started wearing buckets on our heads as top hats, Dan and Drake returned home from Apartment searching. We all went out to eat at the deli mart gas station and then returned home and just chilled. :-) they made my Birthday all better. It's obvious that they are my true family. Thank you guys.

as if to erase my past..

Hello. Here I am..yet another xanga-convert. *waves* Quite simply put, I'm an emo, theatrical, guitar playing, manga reading,record collecting,dancing, dork. I come from a broken home, with an alcholic Mother. I spend long hours in my friends basement and playing out at local coffee houses. I'm an avid reader and am currently re-reading The Celestine Prophecy and I've also just begun Silent Spring.  If you haven't read either you should. Right now. Go. :-)

For those of you who have read both Silent Spring and The Celestine Prophecy:
<Continues entry>

Well scratch that....but still! More on me later.
